Topic: Dealing with the Difficult Personality Types

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

•explore the reality of disagreements and conflict in the workplace

•determine at least three success strategies to help you skillfully deal with situations involving difficult types of people

Speaker: Rebbel Henningfeld has been with WITCC for over 7 years developing and delivering business and professional skills training for our local business partners. She has over 25 years previous experience managing the front-line sales and service operation as well as the Learning & Development organization in the contact center industry.
