Siouxland SHRM Website Job Posting Policy and Procedure:
This job posting policy and procedure is designed to provide an avenue for human resource related job advertisements to be placed for consideration by our group of professionals. Anyone is invited to advertise a Human Resource job opening on the website.
1. Billing - The ad will be placed on the website in the member-only Job Openings page for a 30-day period and will also be sent to the Siouxland SHRM mail list. The fee is $50.00 per posting for SHRM members and $75.00 per posting for non-members. An invoice will be emailed for the ad placement billing.
2. Renewal - Job ads may be renewed for an additional 30-day period for an additional $30 per renewal period. A 5-day notice is required to renew the ad prior to the conclusion of the initial run. If this notice is not provided, the cost to re-post the ad will be the same as the initial posting fee.
3. Post a Job - To place an ad, email the job description in a pdf format to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to direct members to apply online, include that link as well. The Chapter Web Communications Director will post the position online and email the ad to via the Member Directory. Payment must be made prior to the position being posted.
4. Payments - Payments may be made by one of the following options:
Online: pay online with a credit card by clicking the link on the invoice
Check: mail a check payable to Siouxland SHRM to PO Box 364, Sioux City, IA 51102
