Heidi Lynn Oligmueller is an experienced immigration attorney and principal of Oligmueller Law Firm in South Sioux City, Nebraska. She received her B.S. degree from Briar Cliff College and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law, and has been licensed to practice law since 2008 — admitted in Iowa (2008), South Dakota (2009), and Nebraska (2014).
Her practice focuses primarily on immigration law, including family petitions, refugee assistance, waivers, naturalization, removal defense, and employment‑based matters such as work authorization and I‑9 compliance. She has also served in leadership roles, including as Chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section, and participates in pro bono immigration legal projects.
