Great leaders don’t just communicate—they make sure their message is understood, trusted, and acted upon.

In this interactive session, Molly Mackey of the LEAdeRNship Institute will explore the communication habits that build clarity, confidence, empathy, and accountability in everyday leadership conversations. Participants will discover how tone, language, and delivery can completely change the way a message is received—and how to speak up, address difficult issues, and hold others accountable without turning every tough conversation into a reprimand.

You’ll learn practical tools for navigating difficult conversations, avoiding common communication barriers, and using active listening techniques—including techniques drawn from FBI hostage negotiation—to improve understanding and connection.

Participants will also practice a simple accountability structure designed to turn challenging conversations into opportunities for coaching, growth, and stronger performance.
